- Psychic Readings: Due to the nature of psychic readings, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been performed.
- Traditional Healing: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the client is dissatisfied with the service provided.
- Love Spells and Money Spells: Refunds are generally not provided once the spell work has begun, as the success of such spells can depend on various factors beyond the practitioner's control.
- Clients must submit refund requests within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days) from the date of service.
- Refund requests must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of why the client believes a refund is warranted.
- Upon receiving a refund request, it will be reviewed promptly.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment or through an agreed-upon alternative method.
- Any materials or expenses incurred specifically for the service (e.g., ritual items, supplies) are non-refundable once purchased or used.
- The practitioner reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances, depending on the individual case.
- Every effort will be made to ensure client satisfaction. If a client is dissatisfied with the service, alternative arrangements may be considered, such as additional sessions or modifications to the service.
- Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues promptly to resolve them in a timely manner.

- The policy complies with relevant laws and regulations concerning consumer rights and refunds.
